Joining BEST IT is free of charge - there are no connection fees, no contracts, and no minimum charges. All that you will pay for is the cost of your telephone calls and line rental.

Business PSTN line rental is an $8 upgrade to the regular PSTN Residential line rental and is generally only acquired by those operating a business as it includes:

• higher service level response times in the event of a fault; and
• the option to add services that are typically only relevant to businesses.

• Excess local calls are at the rate of 18c per call.
• For non-local calls, an 18c connection fee applies.  See the Timed Calls rate card for STD, mobile and international tariffs.
• Where a line is not already connected a Telstra line connection fee will apply; lines do not include any optional features, which are billed separately - see Rebilled Charges rate card for details.
• Value Bundled plans requires at least 1 bundled Broadband service on a number on the same bill, otherwise the Standard plan applies.
